My kids love it. They said the graphics are awesome.

I'm not super familiar with the story of the anime or manga, but wanted to give this a try after watching the first couple of episodes on Netflix. I'm having a blast so far. Controls are very solid. Takes some getting used to, but it's very fun once you do. One of the most polished Koei Tecmo games I've played. I enjoy several of the Warriors games too. This is very different. But, in a good way.

While the base game of Attack on Titan 2 has been out for some time now, the company behind it generously took the time to craft additional content to tie into everything that happens during the third season of the show. While the content would make for a fine game in its own right due to what the 3rd season has to offer, it was packaged as DLC for the second game and here we are with a physical version of the 2nd game with the DLC all on one disc. Now for the DLC normally being $40, having it with the base game for $60 in total is honestly a great deal seeing as how the game without DLC still goes for about $30 in most places. If the lack of new content compared to the first game reviewers lamented about in the 2nd game bothered you, you'll find no shortage of it here as the DLC has so much to offer and I highly recommend this package for what you're getting!

For avid Attack on Titan fans who haven’t played the first game, this game is a great way to immerse yourself into the AoT world. It’s a fantastic game with realistic sound and graphics pulled straight from the anime.

That's pretty much what this is and unfortunately I didn't wait until it released like I did with the complete or 'Game Of The Year' editions of games on the PS3. So I ended up buying this game twice, once without all the extra content and this version WITH it. At least it's not like some "GOTY" editions with a one time use digital download code as all the content is on the disc.

WOW, in a world of which it seems as if Red Dead Redemption has collided with Skyrim, this game actually delivers something I'd call special! Why the missions themselves get repetitive, the original story mixes fluently with the shows own. Your own fully customizable character becomes important and actually makes sense in the game's universe. I won't spoil anything but it becomes a very powerful and touching personal story, it's so well done in fact it might bring a few tears to your eyes. A must buy for those who love the show, the manga or action RPG's! A solid 8/10

Everything considered, Attack on Titan 2 is an improvement on the first game in every way, but retreading old ground makes it hard to justify the “2” tacked on to the end. It’s a great opportunity for anyone who missed the first game to get a far more comprehensive Attack on Titan experience, and there’s definitely more content and improvements for those who did play it.

This game is even better than the first one as it incorporates all the story elements into the game. You can also create your own character to use in the game and watch him/her level up.

So far ive played all the AoT games. This one is by far the best, and only one that you should purchase if you can only purchase one. It contains the entire first "season" built into this one, as well as the second, and third season's as well. You will see filler moments in the cut scenes of this game that were not included in the anime series. If you're a fan of the anime, buy, and play this game!
