This game is absolutely addictive with it's game play. It doesn't take very long to get used to the controls and it has an Easy Mode for Beginners an a more realistic mode for the veterans. Each level was so fun that I didn't want them to end! I enjoyed taking out 35 titans in a single mission and the cut scenes are absolutely amazing. I also liked that I could actually create my very own character with an amazing amount of customizable features from the very beginning. I'd give it a 5 star but to be fair to others who might not know about Attack On Titan or are casuals I lowered this rating because the game does not feature the dubbed voices, nor is there an option for it. That means it's all japanese voice overs. If you want to read the subtitles carefully click ZR during the dialogue to slow it down. Hope this review helps others and I truly recommend this to anyone who loves fast paced action!

This is a great game to just pick up and play when you have time. Perfect for the Nintendo Switch. There is some slowdown when multiple Titans are around (sometimes), but the gameplay works well enough for you to disregard these moments. The story is basically the same thing that was in part 1, so you aren't missing anything. Also, the create your own character feature that was added is pretty neat. Overall, this is a well made game. Fits perfectly on the Switch.

I am a fan of the anime but this game surprised me with just how fun it is. Controls are great and you can actually feel yourself getting better as you play. Swinging around with the ODM feels incredible and taking down titans never gets old.

Money well spent I enjoyed my time playing it Great story and game mechanics Even though it might seem repetitive it does not feel that way Graphics were not a issue for me It can lag from time to time I highly recommend it

According to IGN it’s just a rehashed version of the first AOT so if you haven’t played the first one you’re golden. Frames dropped here and there but otherwise solid

The game is fun. It is better than the first game. This one basically has the entire levels of the first game and the new levels from season 2. Good action, story and controls.

I’m surprised the Switch can handle this game. Despite some framerate issues, this game is great to play if you like hack and slash gameplay.

I'll admit I am slightly biased when it comes to AOT, I am a huge fan of the show. I played the first game on the PS4 and loved it. When I found out the Switch would be getting a release for AOT 2 I was pretty happy, since now I'd be able to take it with me on the go. AOT 2 follows the story line from season 2 of the anime and plays pretty much like the first game with a few improvements to game-play. These are fun and fast action games that control like a dream. Fast pacing flying around town, and hacking titans away never gets old.

The gameplay itself is fun and enjoyable. However, the performance and the graphics aren't so great.

This is a solid game and runs really well. Some complaints about it is that it takes you through the first season and takes a while to get to the season 2 content. This doesn't apply to me since I didn't play the first game. If you like the AoT anime I highly recommend this game.

This is easily the best Attack on Titan game to date and this port holds up extremely well on the Switch. Gameplay, graphics, and content are all good and right on par with what you'd get with the PS4 and XB1 versions. I recommend checking this one out to fans of the show and fans of anime style action games.

Awesome controls and gameplay that really puts you right in the anime, executing incredible skills and playing as all your favorite characters. Although repetitive, it's a whole lot of fun. You don't need to have played the first one because this one includes much of that.

If you're an Attack on Titan fan you will enjoy the gameplay and all this game has to offer. It's combat is fun and world traversal is good. Online is pretty much a barren wasteland though haha.

The mechanics of the game are phenomenal. It feels just as if you’re part of the anime series and killing titans is fun as H**L If you think they are easy to kill then make them harder in the options menu.

The game can get a bit repetitive and the beginning can be a bit slow especially if you are up to date with the story. But nevertheless, the mechanics of the gameplay keeps me entertained.

Attack on Titan 2 is a good entry point to the series for casual anime fans. It reviews parts of the first season/game and then delves into new content.

A cool action game based faithfully on the anime. It's not going to blow you away, but the graphics are great in docked and handheld mode, and the combat is fluid and fun.

What a fun game! Feels nice to fly around and take out large Titans! If you are a fan of Attack on Titan, you will enjoy this game!
