Bought this as an alternative to PlayOn. Pretty flashy UI and no scheduling (there is a way to set up a queue though.) 1x recordings work great so far. Code worked just fine.

The product is much easier to use than the free alternatives. I am discovering many uses for it. I would like to find some type of manual or tutorial. Other wise very happy.

Beware this SKU does not work and Best Buy will not refund because it is a digital download! Ordered online Audials 2022, received email link to download and security code. Link downloads version 2021 not 2022. Security key code is invalid as well. Best Buy Customer Care would not help me because it is their policy to not refund digital downloads. I wonder where else I can go to shop for all my electronic needs?

when downloading spotify, you are prompted to stream all music as play them or the activity may be sensed and interrupted. not as handy as thought it was.

Same as with the other reviewer. DON'T BUY THIS ON BEST BUY!!! Got the email from Best Buy with install now button and "your code" (license key). I hit the install button and it installs Audials One 2021 version not the 2022 version as advertised. I try to put in the license key and like the other reviewer it tells me "the entered key is not a valid license key" Way to go Best Buy for selling digital software that is not accurate and with a non valid license key! This product needs to be removed from Best Buy website immediately.

As described. Easy to install and easy to use. Makes recording shows and music simple.

This is great software it really works for everything!

Absolutely does not work and no customer service. Have tried for a month to get this software to work. It says that it has recorded in one place but in another it shows multiple fragmented files. None of them work. Tried to click the customer service button. They have you fill out a long form, then say that they will not answer you that the form is only for letting them know how they can do better. Never seen that before. Very weird.

constantly fails to record anything. It attempts to process the recording then "fails". Its a nice idea but doesn't work.

I read the previous reviews but cannot complain about Audials One. It works fine now and i'm very overwhelmed by all the features. For me, the movie recording features is the most heplful. It's probably technically complex, but works fine on my PC. Now I can finally save all favorite series and movies on the hard disk.

Audials One 2022 software is excellent! perfect recordings! indeed Best Buy by mistake provided an Audials 2021 installer and the received code did not match with it, but after contacting the Audials support everything was very quickly figured out! Great support, great software! Thanx
