It is now 44 days since ordering. Apparently warranty is 45 days. Not sure if I can get the warranty settled in short time. One aide no longer works my husband informed me this morning. He has had others from company but these did not last long.

I bought these for my uncle, but they were a big letdown. They amplify all sounds equally, including background noise, making it hard to focus on conversations. Instead of clarity, they create chaos in noisy settings. The fit was also uncomfortable, and the battery didn’t last long. These feel more like basic sound amplifiers, not true hearing aids. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great producto as good as my prescription hearing aids but NO batteries! Love it!

I paid extra for expedited shipping and the package still arrived later than the free delivery date. When I realized it wouldn’t make it in time for my trip, I tried to cancel with both Best Buy and FedEx, and neither of them could help me. I even had someone go to pick it up while I was away and the package wasn’t there. I never even got to use the product. Honestly, I regret not ordering from Amazon — at least they handle situations like this. No info about the item.

I had a small issue with setup, but customer service was so patient and helpful. They walked me through every step, and now everything works perfectly. A+ experience all around.

I love my hearing aids so far. They are definitely a good buy. It takes a little time getting used to them but it is worth it. Very easy to use and instructions are clear.

I ordered a pair of these. They never worked properly. I contacted audie and they sent me another pair. The second pair was worse than the first out of four hearing aids. We only had one that worked and didn't even work well. I have never been refunded or even offered one! Do not purchase this product!! I've never ever been ripped off so badly as a consumer! I made sure everyone on Facebook knows not to buy this product! The least they could have done was refund me. If I could have rated it a zero I would have!

The devices emitted loud feedback that could be heard fifty feet away. We followed the online instructions to make them work better, but nothing worked. The instructions acknowledged the problem, but the solutions they suggested were not helpful.

The Atom Pro 2 isn't flashy it just works. The controls are intuitive, and switching between modes is seamless. They've become an essential part of my day.

My mom is so relieved having this device and so glad that I bought for her. Gives her a lot of clarity in hearing.

I wanted to like these Audien Hearing aids, however, I experienced too much feedback in my ears. Other than that, they are easy to set up.
