Not "over ear" headphones

But I bought these because I like headphones that rest over your ears, not on top of them. They said they were over the ear headphones but they're not. They're on-ear headphones. I'm very disappointed. I'm sure they're probably good headphones otherwise, but they're not my type and what I bought is not what I thought I was getting.

Constantly having to change settings in programs to even use them. Sound levels are horrific, and quality of sound is like a tin can when using audio/voice. Extremely uncomfortable to wear due to pressing on the ear hard.
