I’ve owned this model for a year and purchased this one on sale for my dad for Christmas. It’s an awesome entry point for wanna-be vinyl enthusiasts. I picked up some powered book shelf speakers for $100 and had myself a nice setup for under $200. It still sounds great a year later! No issues whatsoever.

For the money, this is a great player. I have an old player from the 1980s and my son wanted one for his room. I was impressed by the construction, automatic play, good sound and how great it looks. Yes it's not a high end player and you may not be able to swap out the needle, but how often do you need to?

You want to experience Vinyls again but you don't want to break the bank. If you are looking for a qualitative product and the best bang for your bucks, then don't look any further. This is an amazing product and you'll get a lot for your money. I've connected it to a Sony Amp (5.2) and to two Polk speakers (ST15) and I am getting an amazing sound.

I’ve been looking for a basic LP player for over a year. Purchased one from Amazon and was not happy with the quality. I remembered this brand from my childhood. Took the plunge after reading the reviews, and glad I did. The sound quality is great and it’s very easy to set up!! My 2 year old can use it to play my records (not that I would recommend that) All in All a great purchase. I read somewhere that the stylus couldn’t be replaced, but at this price point I’ll cross that bridge when it comes.

I already own two of these record players for separate rooms in my house, great player for the price. I bought my third for my friend's birthday and they loved it. The only thing is it does not come with speakers, but I prefer that than built-in since record players are for the sound quality not just the cheapest find. Would definitely recommend for anyone.

My daughter purchased this record player for herself, and has been in love with it ever since. From my perspective, it is a solid machine, with good sound quality over her aux jack / line in using blue tooth speaker (I know, she needs real speakers). Doesn't skip, is well built, and the price as right. Audio-Technica is THE consumer brand for vinyl players today, and if you getting into records, this player won't be a bad decision.

I got this for my daughter who is amassing a nice collection of classic vinyl. The old cheap all in one player (radio/phono/cassette) just wasn't cutting it any more. This player was VERY easy to set up. Hooked up a pair of Altec 2.1 PC speakers and BOOM. good quality sound. I highly recommend this.

This is a really affordable, great-sounding turntable from a trusted company. It's super easy to setup and use. For $100 I feel it is worth that and more. I would recommend this to anyone that is new or experienced with listening to vinyl. It's not a high-end system but still sounds and operates flawlessly. Overall a great piece of equipment.

Excellent turntable for someone just getting into vinyl. It's easy to setup and very easy to use. I love that all i have to do is push a button and it starts. Well worth the price. It's the best turntable you'll find at this price point.

I have absolutely no complaints about mine. The ease of use, the price point, and the overall value is incredible. For a beginner trying to get into vinyls and turntables, this is a great starting point!

This is a great turntable for someone looking for something better than the all-in-one suitcase turntables, but not as much of an investment as a full system with receiver and amp. I have mine plugged into a powered speaker set/Ipod doc and it sounds good, far better than I expected.

The price isn't bad, kind of a cheaper plastic strength wise, but all you have to do is not drop/throw it and it shouldn't break. The set up is insanely easy I could do it without instructions and I had no prior experience with turntables. Wish it had a track picker but it works great.

My girlfriend is a bit of music fanatic and has always wanted a record player and so I surprised her for Christmas and bought her this Audiotechnica model record player. She absolutely loves it and it's very easy to use for both of us who have never used a record player before. Just read the instructions and follow them closely and make sure you also purchase a speaker for the record player to output to. Some people don't know that this system itself does not 'output' audio, it only reads it. You will need to connect this to a speaker in order to hear the music as the record player spins. Definitely check out Best Buy's selection of records, they have some really good classics as well as newer music pressed on vinyl. Audiotechnica in my experience has always made some very high quality audio equipment and this is no exception. I rate this 5 out of 5!

This turntable is very good quality and very affordable, and simple to set up to your home stereo system using the adapter it came with Easy operation It plays my Uncle old records very well, he said it sound like when he had his old turntable the needle are easy to order too on line.

I've been wanting to listen to albums that have been sitting in a closet for a long time. My old turntable was broken and I wanted a reasonably priced replacement for a record collection of unknown quality. This turntable was easy to put together, a breeze to use and it turns out my albums all sound great so far!

I bought this as a gift for my wife to replace our old turntable. I have only used it a few times but it sounds great. I was thinking of buying the Sony but decided on this one. It only has speed, play, stop, and up & down (pause) buttons so it is very simple to use. The RCA cable is very short. I have it sitting right against the side of my receiver and it barely reached. I'm not sure if you can use longer cords because they go inside the case behind a panel. It did reach so no big deal, but if you have it on a different shelf or farther away from your receiver you might want to look in to that or buy a simple extension for a few bucks. MAKE SURE YOU READ THE DIRECTIONS about placing the belt correctly and rotating the table before plugging it in.

Gave this to my nephew after returning a portable unit. He loves this. The sound is more hi fi and better quality. It is hooked up to some old school equipment and he really loves this. Easy to use, looks nice and good quality. Price point was excellent too.

I wanted to listen to my LP's again but did not want to put a lot of money into that. This turntable works great and sounds good. If you are a fanatic about great stereo sound then you might want to look at a more expensive item but this one is great for what I wanted.

I bought this as a gift for my 16 year old son. Bought him a cheaper one for XMAS and he wanted something with better sound. He looked up some reviews and found this product for $99! It is far superior to the turntable I spent $60 on at XMAS!!!

Good sound quality once I realized I forgot to purchase external speakers. After all hooked up, easy to use and teenagers enjoy some of their favorite songs on vinyl. Just remember that this version isn't Bluetooth enabled but there are some that are. However most any speaker with an audio jack will work.
