HDMI is HDMI..more expensive isn't always better

Honestly, this whole Performance HDMI cable thing is not all that its cracked up to. All you are paying for is silver core and some extra shielding, may help mostly with audio at most. Some high end cables will allow for ethernet thru the wire. But the overall picture quality is NOT worth the extra money, and Im picky when it comes to my pictures. I tested these HDMI cables with the free ones I received from my cable tv provider and saw practically no difference what so ever. I tested both cables thru my Blu Ray Player as well as my HD Cable box and the difference was next to 0. I was using a Samsung Plasma 47". This whole 120hz, 240hz and 600hz specialized cabling is a bunch of you know what also. Dont get me wrong, the build quality of this cable is exceptional , good connectors, nice appearance and durable looking...so there is where these cables shine. Other then that, the $30 HDMI cable should be sufficient for most people.

I purchased this because it was recommended for my 4K tv. I compared it to my regular HDMI and I did not see a noticeable difference. The Audioquest HDMI works but I was not pleased with the performance since it was 3 times the amount of my regular HDMI. I decided to return it because of that reason but I do not have any complaints. I just do not feel like it was worth the price difference.

Picked up the Cinnamon cable when i purchased my new Sony. Only purchased as i got 10% cash back on the Best Buy card and an additional 10% from the store. Cable is well made, great quality, and flexible. I know some lower priced-cables can be stiff at the connecting point, which can be a problem with some soundbars when connecting. Does the cable work? Yes. Is it worth the price over comparable HDMI 4K rated cables. Probably not.

My dishnetwork looked real bad when installed they told me that I needed a new cord, so I bought this one, and saw no difference. I'm sure it's a nice cord, but Im sure you've heard the expression, if you polish a t*** its still a t***. dishnetworks picture sucks, and the cord didn't help it at all.... returned the item, switched back to directv, all is better in tv land. (bottom line, not worth the money) Used on a 4k tv.

I’m using a 3000$ Sony 4K tv and I’ve notice no difference in 4K quality between this cable at this price and other 15$ 4K cables same results just more money yes it’s fancy and all but just like Nissan and Infiniti your getting the same build just one is nicer than the other otherwise for performance they are the same

I was told I needed this to connect my computer to my TV which is accurate, but I wasn't told that most TV streaming services were already available on the TV and that cord would never be used if I didn't want to stream from a different source. To this day, it is still in its box.

I purchased this cinnamon model to upstage from my current AudioQuest Pearls, and I didn’t see no difference when it came to picture quality. I presume you’ll get better sound quality but picture stayed the same. Stick with the basic Pearl Model. It’s afordable and has great picture.

I was recomend this when I bought my DVD player. It works fine but it is a bit short. I should have looked into a longer cable. It pulled out of my DVD player and is hard to get to. It's also kinda expensive.

The sales rep convinced me to spend more on this HDMI cable saying it gives a crisper, clearer, and brighter picture. The quality of my picture is no better than that provided with the previous cheaper HDMI cable used. It was not worth the extra cost.

I am not sure I see the difference in picture quality... going from a cheap Walmart cable to the $100 cables. But I have them now. So I'm sticking with them. They work well. I am just not sure the picture quality difference justifies the price difference.

Its hard to give this a honest review because this is the only HDMI cord I've with HDR, but it does look freaking amazing. When using non HDR games the picture looks the same as if you used the HDMI cord out of the PS4 Pro box.

So far there is no noticeable difference between this cable & the previous basic HDMI cable we were using. Full disclosure...We are using this cable on a 4K TV, so we will need to stream 4K content to see if there is a vast improvement.

Wife bought these based on salesperson recommendation but could have gotten cheaper ones & got the same results. High quality audio & rich picture depend on a lot more than the HDMI cable.

I haven't used the reg 1080pm HDMI and therefore do not have enough experience to share. But the prices are quite hefty for a cable. ONLY reason I am buying it due to the new tv (why fuel your car with lower grade gas?)

Not sure this cable was worth all the extra money. Bought to see if would. Price difference in quality for new home theater. I believe there are other HDMI cables a lot cheaper with same quality.

These are very expensive cables but if you're looking for something that is very light weight and flexible then this might be a good buy. Many options out there at much cheaper prices though.
