this cable was recommended over the longer one. I don't know how you could tell the difference between cables unless you tried another, then it may take a trained eye to tell the difference..

This is one of the most important things you have too buy when you get a super awesome quality system , you need the best HDMI CABLES TOO THEY're a little spendthrift but you def need these !!

Good cable for watching 4k hdr content but I shouodmof just waited and got a cheaper one that does the same thing I purchased this cable cause I bought a new Sony xbr930e and Sony 4k bluray player . I then got one of my monoprice cables that was high speed and still got just as an amzing picture as I did with this expensive cable. Save your money as long as your hdmi cable is high speed rated 2.0 it should work with 4k

I was recommended by a Best Buy employee to purchase this HDMI cable for the 4k pass through ability. I am pleased with this high quality cable, although I wish I bought it a couple feet longer.

This cable is phenomenal. Yes their arguments that can be made about whether an improved HDMI cable can improve your picture quality. I have used spectrometers and have measured a distinct difference between a cheap and a premium HDMI cable. whether that is a perceivable difference with the naked eye is a question that is up for debate but that is not relevant and why this cable for my application was the best choice. This cable is the result of replacing a rocket fish in wall HDMI cable that was 25 ft long. The problem with the rocketfish cable is that the actual cable is extremely thick and does not fit well inside of the cable run channels of certain wall mounts and is not very pliable in the wall. The audio request forest is much narrower while still retaining an in-wall rating by underwriters lab. Because of this I was able to run it alongside of other cables and it is physically the only cable that would fit. Yes it's more expensive but I am getting a lifetime warranty with it so if anything does happen audio quest will take care of me. These cables are ready to take on the future of HDMI standards. It's a little bit more money up front but you will not regret this purchase.

All i can say is my picture and sound atr amaizing, perfect companion high def picturd and sound to go with my home theater set up 55" led tv, 5.2 ch sound system, happy very happy

I used to be a Monster guy but now AudioQuest makes the best cables, the really high end ones are very expensive but worth the quality of product as well better picture quality!

Good product overall. I thought they were sort of pricey, but it's turned out to be well-worth the expense. The picture and sound quality are great. I ran the HDMI straight from the source to my woofer, then to the television through these cables. Everything is magnificent.

Was having issues with my Blue Ray and assumed it was the player. Changed out the cables and not only did my player work, but sound and picture image improved dramatically!

The quality of my connection is awesome with my Bose system, TV and Blueray. I've tried other cables and others don't even compare.

Recommended by store person..... maybe upsaled me? Not real up on hmdi cable qualities, but seem to pass video and audio from my denon very well.... but nothing else to compare to

I have used a lot of different HDMI cables for video gaming, AVR connectivity to different Blu-Ray and other video sources and have found the AudioQuest cables to be without issues. Everytime technology advances in standards like the latest '4K' bandwidth demands on cables, AudioQuest cabling handles it and no need to 'upgrade' to a newer cable. I bought this one because I added yet another device to my AVR, and as I've come to expect it works just great. No loss of video or audio signals, no problems with lips moving and then hearing the sound later, etc. Plug it in and forget it, rock solid cables!

Used this for a short run of cable from Directv box to television. It is great quality (not the top of the line AudioQuest but very good) and didn't break the bank to do its job. I had to buy two so I couldn't go the VERY expensive route as some AudioQuest cables can be VERY expensive if you choose the top of the line. Great product and works very well for me!

I bought these to match up with Outputs from the 4K Player and the TV. I tried a regular HDMI cable then I installed one of these to see if I could tell a difference, I wouldn't say it was a drastic difference but the sound quality and colors were better. Only reason for the 4 stars is the Price. Definitely make sure you pick the correct length don't pick a 6 footer when you could have done it with a 4 footer they cost more each foot you go up.

Way more expensive than the normal ones you can find on amazon. Barely notice the difference for audio. Bought a nice pair of speakers might as well just buy a better cable. Looking for a digital coax from this brand tho....they dont sell it at bestbuy

The Best Buy salesman suggested this AudioQuest - Forest 6.5' In-Wall HDMI Cable - and we are very pleased with the quality of the picture compared to our old one.

It is so nice to have the TV hanged on the wall. all the wires inside the wall as well. Nothing visible except the beautiful TV. The HDMI cable works well.

My PS4 was having extreme controller lag issues on menus and in game, sounds not matching action on screen. I got this cable and everything works fine now.

Seems to display picture quality at its best. Does not work well if bent at an angle so I needed to get and HDMI angle connector and then it worked great.

This wasn't the most expensive option but it is the one our salesperson suggested. Good quality - does exactly what it's supposed to do. Very pleased!
