I plugged this connector into my tv and surround sound system and wow, crisp,clear, movie theater sound. football,basketball and baseball sounds like I'm at the game. my man cave is now fully set. This was a great purchase.

The Geek Squad at Best Buy recommended that we obtain an optical cable for our new Smart TV. It was easy to install, but we still need to change the sound feature on our TV when we change from satellite viewing to internet viewing.

I use this cable to connect my TV to a Bowers and Wilkins sound bar. I don't hear any noticeable degradation in sound, so it must be doing what it needs to do fairly well.

Since I had bought a surround system, I wants to make sure that I woke get the best out of its use. So I purchased the optic audio cable although pricy but its worth every dollar. The sound is crystal clear and I am really satisfied.

So bought this cable with little to no expectation from this product, after plugging in the cable to my soundbar, i was able to hear a slight difference. Was it earth shattering no, but a difference non the less.

Great sound enhancer. Coupled with the other components, sound bar, etc this provides the audio that extra clarity that you expect to receive in a theater atmospher.

It has polished sound, which is very pleasant. Installation is super simple and straightforward. You will like it a lot. Your TV will sound much better with this Soundbar than with its own built-in speakers.

For a standard optical cable, this is a bit too pricey for absolutely no difference in audio quality when comparing to other options. I would look for something less expensive if you can wait for the delivery. Otherwise, if you need a cable in a pinch, this one will do just fine.

I got this when i upgraded other cables in my home theater setup. Compared to the optical cable that came with my setup this is by far superior. The sound quality difference is amazing.

AudioQuest cables are quality cables and really make a difference. Choose the level of cable that best suits your preferences.

This optical cable works great with my sound bar and has clear crisp sounds. I will purchase this again in the near future.

i got this cable based on information from Best Buy Technician to get best possible quality sound transferred from my TV to Sound Bar & Sub woofer & i'm happy with it i get good sound from my system .

I recommend this over HDMI for Audio. Once this was plugged into my reciever from the TV, the sound was noticably better and it freed up one of my HDMI ports on my TV, which I now use for Apple TV.

Not sure is worth the cost but it does his job for now

Excellent sound, Great price! Excellent quality. I was using the very inexpensive Optical cable that came with my very expensive sound bar and now the sound is much improved.

Recommended by the salesman, I went ahead and purchased it my son and I tested the difference between the other cord and this.. major difference in sound quality
