... that the cable will fit. I had a smaller one and had to return for a thinner and more $$$ cable. Cable is fine just too big.

Granted I did not compare and contrast, but I purchased a home theater system and was going to go with a standard 30 foot HDMI cable for $30. However, after being informed by my in home consultant and doing some research to prove his assessment, at 30 feet HDMI cables can start to distort the picture. This cable is great, but remember to look at which end is which as we had to rerun the cable in the ceiling after we did it backwards!

The picture quality is amazing especially considering how long of a run it is!

I cannot get my audio and video to come through. I can get the video but no audio. Maybe I am doing something wrong, but even your Geek Squad guys couldn't help.

So here’s my setup. I bought the brand new Epson 6050ub 4K Projector. Attached it to a 1-year old Denon AVR-3400H with a 33-foot run. I tried using my previous HDMI cable which was the Monster Cable Black Platinum 35’ cable and couldn’t get things to work. No HDR off my Xbox One X. And my Apple 4K TV along with my 4K Blu-ray could only get HDR @ 24hz. So I tested these directly on a 3-ft cable and they all worked like they should. I researched the heck out of cables and was sure the 40-foot optical HDMI from Monoprice would work. I paid to get it overnight and connected it. I was shocked to find it was worse! No HDR, same output and this time several of my Apple TV movies flashed black and grey in dark scenes! Not to mention my Xbox One X went black as soon as I tried playing an HDR game. I had enough. I went to Best Buy and bought the Audioquest 41-foot Pearl Active HDMI. I will never listen to anyone spouting off “all cables are the same.” Sorry. The Pearl HDMI fixed everything. All my devices play and game at 4K 60/HDR! Not to mention looks noticeably clearer! If you’re having similar problems. Bite the bullet and pick up the Audioquest Pearl. It’s will make a believer out of you just like it did me... NOT ALL CABLES ARE THE SAME!

Needed to replace the HDMI cable in the home theater and needed to run the entire length of the room. This worked perfectly.
