The install was completed, the TV and setup work satisfactorily. The device, Audio quest 2.6 outlet, surge protector was NOT install nor installed with the other items. I have contacted the store several times, tried to contact the man in charge of the Geek Squad crew without success! One Best Buy customer service person tried to convince me it was our fault????? Needless to say we are not happy with the response to our complaint !!!!

STICK WITH PANAMAX

Had some bad storms come through the past two weeks and I had my LG C1 connected to it. It got fried. The AudioQuest unit got fried two as the over voltage protection light is no longer lit up. Reached out via email to company last week to inquire about the $1,000,000 insurance guarantee they have on it but they haven't even bothered to reply back. I just ordered a PANAMAX surge from Amazon as that is what everything else is hooked up to in my home and they are all fine. I'd stay away from this unit if possible.
