    After losing numerous electronic/smart home items from a close-to-home lightning strike and surge, I invested in the PowerQuest 8. Since then, we have had similar storms along with power surges and so far, our sensitive data network, TV, and smart home products have been unaffected.

    Able to plug in all accessories need for tv and then more. Nothing has been hurt because of power surges that I know of

    Great little unit. Really helped with reducing noise in the TV giving blacker back grounds. Use it for the cable, tv, WiFi router etc. to keep the noise and drain away from the rest of my HT gear

    This APPLIANCE needs a stall in our garage. It does work. No way to tell how it would perform with a power spike, and honestly, at $400, this has to be a rip off.

    No more hum or noise from my AV rig and safety for my expensive gear. It's also nice to have the charging ports available to power anything that uses USB power.

    The spacing of the plugs is superb and that is why it gets 2 stars. I wish other surge protectors did the same thing. 1) The surge protection only has a UL listed clamping value of 500V. Better surge protectors will clamp at 330V and for the price point, it's disappointing. 2) The noise filtration hasn't been proven to work. Although the PowerQuest 3 does meet the advertised specifications, detailed technical reviews have not shown measurable improvement in actual audio performance despite their claims.
