    It did not work for me. I was told by the sales person to plug it into the optical cable then plug into the headphone jack on the tv, for my sound bar to work. Well it did not work.

    I purchased this item believing I could plug in an optical cable with a signal, and transition the handoff medium. This did not work to my epectation.

    I thought this think would convert an optical out to be used in a regular 3.5mm in. It didn’t, so I’m returning it.

    Didn't work for what I needed it to work for. The 3.5mm is super slim and doesn't actually fit in a 3.5mm jack. It feels really cheap also.
