I tried plugging and unplugging everything, turning it off for a bit, and finally bought a replacement antenna at BestBuy. It worked immediately.

antenna works
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This antenna replaces one purchased with a Sirius converter a few years back ( maybe longer than I remember) The old one had a broken wire where the wire should not have broken beyond extra protection. I wrapped the wire near the magnet head). No stress or sharp edges were there. Have added extra protection to the new one same way. I think the wire is too thin and flimsy.

Replacement Antenna

Thought it was a little pricey, but couldn't use radio without it.
