do you have a doorman?

I bought the connect along with the lock from August. I am happy with the lock itself. Since I live in a highrise and I have a doorman, I don't really have any need to unlock my door via wifi. The bluetooth keychain feature that comes with the lock is enough for my friends and the dog walkers. I didn't understand this from August packaging. Hope this helps!
