This product really make me feel safe when I leave home it show me if I have my door close or if I left it open

This should be a required part of the August smart lock system. A great add on to make the locks really smart.

the reason for the 3 stars is because i was not able to get the bluetooth to work with the lock, even though it is withing 30 feet of distance and it is in front of the lock, nothing is obstructing it, so that part of the configuration did not work, kind of disappointed, where the wifi i'm glad it worked and that is what its used to connect to your google home.

Does what it is supposed to do very well. It would be nice if the wifi connectivity was built into the lock itself but the bridge is very easy to set up and I've never had a situation where I checked it and it hasnt worked. Provides great peace of mind when out and wondering if you remembered to lock the door.

Allows me to connect to my August lock when I’m not on WiFi. Pricey but it does work as advertised.

I purchased this item and the August Smartlock Bluetooth Wireless Home Entry so we could lock and unlock the door via the internet. Installation in the door was extremely easy. The part that was a little challenging was the setup between the lock and Connect Adapter. It took longer then it should have (about half an hour). It had a difficult time finding the device. Once complete though, the product has worked perfectly. If setup went a little smoother, this was would have been 5 Stars.

I added this to my August door lock so I could communicate with it via Wi-Fi. It makes it easier to access from my cell phone and it increases the range as well. It does not work 100 percent of the time. More like 90. Which is still pretty good. You also still need to make basic setting changes via Bluetooth, which means you have to be close to the lock itself. Besides those issues, I would still recommend if you want to improve the lock.

I found it useful but I wish that the range was greater in terms of how far away that it could be from the lock.

Bought this to supplement the August Bluetooth lock. It set up and works flawlessly.

Did exactly what it was made for but I believe it was the reason for the delay with alexa

The lock is necessary for the lock to work with wifi. I think it is a bit pricey though

Works as advertised. In my opinion, this should have been included with the lock.

Provides a reliable wifi connection for my August smart lock. I do wish that it wasn't necessary - it would be better for the product to have this feature built in in the first place - but at least this bridge works well for this job.

Needed to work the lock remotely when family shows up and needs to be left in.
