    I enjoy my lock. It's app with the apple watch is not the greatest but I have yet to have any issues with the app on my phone. Great buy, I can always ensure my home is locked.

    This is my second August Smart Lock - both are 4th Generation locks. This lock was very easy to install, especially after installing the first one 30 days ago. The build quality is excellent.

    Added 3 of these to Our home. Really great WiFi tool for locking. Only knock is that sometimes the app doesn’t recognize one or 2 of the locks and requires updating each time.

    I had previous generation and I was very pleased. This version does not required a bridge to connect to WiFi. Very stable. I did my research and Definitely the best in the market

    Liked that it’s very minimalist but functional haven’t had an issue with remote access as long as you have a strong Wi-Fi signal.

    This lock works ok but it continues to disconnect from Bluetooth and it has trouble connecting to the WiFi to use it anywhere also it won’t lock if your door doesn’t shut all the way so I returned it.

    Works very well. The weather stripping on the door required that the door be pulled shut when I lock it so I had to adjust the lock but it now works fine.

    Do not buy this lock if you intend to use the auto unlock feature. It is extremely glitchy. Tech support claims it is not the lock, but a feature issue and offers no solution.
