    While I love how it looks and the ease of installation, overall I am extremely disappointed with this lock. It works sporadically at best and more often than not, leaves me digging my keys out of my pocket. WiFi capabilities are nearly non-existent, rendering the ability to open the door when you're not home, such as for a repair tech, worthless. I went through three of these before I gave up. Don't waste your time or money!

    Well made product is about it. I had the second generation with a bridge no issues until the bridge stopped working 2 yrs later. The new 4 th generation has an internal WiFi and thought this is great but man I was totally wrong. The WiFi never worked and the Bluetooth worked but a delay of 30 secs to unlock or lock the door. 2 weeks phone/email with customer support is a JOKE very poor customer service
