Great so far but since this is a gift and Christmas isn't here yet the story is yet to be told. The GIFT option for set up is awesome!

This is our fifth frame. We love these frames they make for great gifts and we love that you can add photos before you gift them.

It is great! It is expensive but worth it. No additional payments. The frame looks luxurious. The image quality is good. You can hear your videos as well. I really enjoy it. This can be a good gift.

I decided to purchase an Aura frame after returning from a dream vacation with so many photos it was a tipping point. So far the frame is just me uploading photos for myself, but the process is so easy I don't hesitate to recommend this frame to someone else. It's not cheap, but worth it.

Images are great and set up was super easy. Gave this as a Mother's Day gift and it was a breeze to set up. There is a QR code on the outside of the box that you can scan and choose a picture and message to display once it is set up. The image and message popped right up once it connected to WiFi.

Best quality of digital frame. I actually have a Kodak one that I got several years ago-there is no comparison. Easy tutorial and directions.

Best frame I ever bought , it has great features great quality

This was a gift to a family member. It was easy invite others to submit photos to the frame and easy to set-up the frame. The size is good for displaying photos prominently. And the recipients were delighted.

Fantastic frame & the best gift ever. However, our experience with this vendor was atrocious. Original order never left the warehouse, yet BBuy kept indicating that it was scheduled to arrived on time. Second attempt resulted in shipment to our home instead of family address that had been provided and specified during phone call with BBuy associate who was meant to correct the first failed purchase. We ended up driving to a store close to the town we were visiting so as to have a frame in hand at a party that night (Would have done this originally but we don't live near a BBuy). Avoid BBuy shipping like the plague!
