Customer service was not good, no good communication, when my product supposed to be delivered on the following day according to the instructions given at the shop but no communication until third week that I went back to the store and no apology

The paper has black paint on it from overspray or they put it on while the frame was wet. Also the screen has really bad light bleed so dark photos have bright lights in the corner. This is a very expensive poor quality item.
