I was expecting a photo style look rather than a choppy slideshow bright picture

A nice screen for sure, but missing a lot of features cheaper digital frames have. No manual on or off. No motion sensor. The frame will turn on when it detects light and off when there's no light. You can also set a schedule to turn on and off. No touch screen. There is a sensor on top you can swipe to scroll photos. No internal or external storages. You can only upload photos through the app or through Aura Web upload using a browser. Photos are clear and sharp as you would expect for $300. Frame is good quality and app interacts with frame almost instantly. Three stars. For the price, it should have more features.

Bought it as a Christmas gift for my mom and she absolutely loves it. The frame has a good size and the quality of pictures is great.

There is a software glitch with the frame. Will not show all my photos. Instead repeats a small portion over and over, regardless if on chronological or shuffle. Initially there customer support dismissed my isssue, but now have acknowledged that there is a software issue causing the problem. However, they did. It off to replace my frame instead stated it would take til December 2025 for it to be fixed. I wouldn’t buy this again.

Doesnt do what salesperson says it will do. No remote control. Have to go through all pictures to find the one we want!
