There is a software glitch with the frame. Will not show all my photos. Instead repeats a small portion over and over, regardless if on chronological or shuffle. Initially there customer support dismissed my isssue, but now have acknowledged that there is a software issue causing the problem. However, they did. It off to replace my frame instead stated it would take til December 2025 for it to be fixed. I wouldn’t buy this again.

Doesnt do what salesperson says it will do. No remote control. Have to go through all pictures to find the one we want!
