I returned this item because I was kept on hold 6 times, transfered 7 times and hung up on 3 times while trying to set an installation appointment. Was by far the worst experience I have had with any customer service outside of AT&T.
I gave a good rating for the product because I purchased it from somewhere else and it is a good product. Don't purchase it through Best Buy!
