free trial for 6 months BUT used only 2 months. Autobrain send me the new device for replace. Then stop working from there . Call autobrain for support they said your vehicle plug have problem. then they ask me you want to cancelled the service?? because they don't want to offer free 6 months trial when you purchased the device from Bestbuy.

I purchased this module on a deal of the day and must have missed the fact there is a monthly fee to use the module as intended. I returned it because there are other modules out there that do not charge you a fee...

My wife drops our daughter off at school then has to drive 25 miles to work, so I'm always worried about them. Both the device and the app are super simple to install. I set notifications for when: the vehicle is turned off and on the vehicle leaves home the vehicle arrives at school/work a hard brake has been detected the vehicle goes outside of a predetermined area So far it has given me flawless feedback on all of the above. It will also track mileage and gas level percentage quite accurately. This really gives us great peace of mind and visibility for maintenance. Love this little gadget, definitely worth the money!

I had it used for tracking family vehicle (within the family) and it worked great. Didn't care much for other details except vehicle health info.

Helps me diagnose trouble shooting problems with my car. Now you know what's wrong before you go to the mechanic!

Its been a month and the brain does a pretty good job. Sometimes real time is a little off but I can see when the red tomato has hard eceleration and I can see where it's been. Pretty cool. It stuck out of dash to far so bought an extender for 6 bucks!

Warning if you want to use this it costs 9>5 plus tax a month. I returned item.

I got this for knowing where and when my Mom was using her car. She was starting to get a bit lost and figured this was good in case she didn't have her phone with her.

I purchased the Autobrain - Connected Car Assistant Adapter to track my senior citizen mom who sometimes gets lost while driving and can't describe where she is. The service plan varies on how accurate and how often you want the GPS to ping a location. SAVE THE BOX. Apparently, you do not own this product when you buy it. You are leasing it. They expect it returned if you cancel. I had no idea.

I like the concept behind the product but didn't care for the monthly subscription. I returned the product.

Tracking is a little delayed, but besides that it provides accurate location and driving habits.,

I love this device!! I feel safe with my new teenage driver on the road. It sends me alerts on my phone if he arrives to school safe or is driving past curfew. Also will let you know if the car was in a accident.

I returned it because I didn't know I had to pay a monthly membership.

switched to this product over another, Zubie. HAd customer service issue with zubie

Product messed with the electronics of my car. Made different warning lights come on. The product itself worked great but they need to figure out what causes the issues. All went away after I uninstalled.

There are plenty of car diagnosis readers out there that do not need a subscription. I would not buy this because of that.

most of the advertised function did not work, unit is big and bulky compared to other devices, monthly subscription too high. when I contacted their support about missing features I was told there's a bug in programming and they'll fix it within 24 hrs, which never happened.

I had looked closely at several different tracking devices and chose AutoBrain for its many features and got there Excellent Support and you get to talk to real humans that really want to help you!!!!!
