I bought this on a deal of the day at a good mark down.... I new that you had to download an app, but I did not know that you need to sign up for a plan and get billed monthly... We returned this as soon as I found that out...

You have to purchase a subscription to access other features.

Horrible, lost connections shortly after install. Company said they would send replacement, took 2 months (of course trial period was over by the time I received it). New one kept killing car battery. I then called back to cancel and they told me they would mail me a return label to return device, 1 month and nothing but another bill for cancelled service

Installed and all is working really well, got my free service which is a nice touch. I only wish they had more colors to choose from for my vehicle, had to use other.

My brother and sister-in-law put Autobrain in my car and it makes me feel safe. They know when I get to work and can tell when I arrive home. They even remind me when I need to get gas. This is great! Don

every thing is great but the catch is you have to pay for membership after 6 months so its 5 out of 10

Very easy to set up, very accurate (gps), I highly recommend, it even tells u how fast the car is being driven

Just an FYI. Once your subscription is over, you have to send the unit back to the manufacturer or get charged a fee.

Per contract while registering for service, we need to return device in case we decide to stop service and the money invested in the device will not be refunded. If the device is not returned, then there is a penalty in the name of environment charges. Be cautious about the terms of service before deciding the purchase.

this is the biggest rip off I have ever fell for. I got trapped into the subscription and after I realized how stupid I was it took "moving Heaven and Earth" getting my money back.

junk. simply did not work. I could not get any technical help. Car broke down and trie do use included tow service, had no record of my registration. Felt like a scam. Do NOT buy.

Thought it would tell more than the obvious. Also did not like the almost $10 per month for the service.

Had these in three cars. They were spotty performance wise. Some cars would work better than others and even that was unreliable. Cars on the map would speed up really fast or just sit in one place. One car in particular was notorious for showing no movement for hours and occasionally days. Replaced with a Bouncie unit that works fine. Now that I no longer need them and told them to quit billing me they won't stop. Still billing me on all three months later. Now My messages are being completely ignored. If I could give them zero stars I would.

This device is amazing! I opened the app and website, and sew a full report of what's going on, under the hood of my car. I don't have to wonder why those lights keep lighting up on my dash and having to go to the mechanic for diagnostics, THIS DOES IT ALL!! Plus, the peace of mind of knowing I can locate the car if it gets stolen, and that it calls emergency services if it detects an accident is just brilliant. Love this so much, I'm getting one for my Dad and Sister for the holidays!

Forces you to send item to them if you cancel their services. They claim it is a environmental fee for recycle. Which really means give me what you paid for so i can resell it to the next sucker. . It doesnt give you any useful info and stopped working a few days after activating it

I got two of them and they work well. Has everything I want.
