    I bought two of them to be able to follow my children and where they are going and where they have been. One never works and never recognizes the vehicle it is in and the other keeps swithing off in the middle of tracking. I've sent off a note to the company for support and it's been less than appreciative.

    Disappointed that shortly after purchase SiriusXM decided to end support for Automatic devices. Partial reimbursement made, but haven't found another solution that met the same need for our family...

    Very unreliable. Only works half the time. Talked with customer support and told me to unplug it to reset. No go. Also, they need to incorporate Google maps to make it better.

    This is simply to install,first set up the app and put in your 8 digit code ,then plug it into your car and wait 20 minutes before the start the engine .You don’t have to pair it with your phone and firmware updates are done OTA directly to the device.For the first six months everything is free and you don’t even have to add a payment method (yet this might change) and the app works very well.Crash notifications probably are dependent on the device not flying off before the airbag notification goes though.I hooked it up to Alexa and 2 of the three features work,unfortunately Toyota doesn’t allow fuel level notifications though OBD device.

    Do not waste your money. I plugged it in 11am on a Saturday, it didn't connect until 8pm on Monday. I live in a major metropolitan area (about 5min from Bestbuy corporate HQ) with a newer model car, so it should of had a connection. I had emailed support after waiting 30hr for it too connect, it took 24hrs for them to reply via email. The reply wasn't helpful. Same instructions that were printed on the box, just more wordy. After finally connecting, tracking looked good for the first 1.5hrs. It would loose track for a few minutes, but update accurately. But then it showed a parked car as driving for 1.5hrs, so now I know I can't trust mileage or driving stats/insights or any trip data. The adapter never registered that trip because it went offline before that trip ended. Never got a chance to test accident or diagnostic features, but looking at other reviews it doesnt appear very good at those things either.
