This water cooled was just what we needed. It has settings for hot, cool and cold. You can slide the hot button and it has a power button to show you that the unit is on there’s a tray underneath where you place your cup to get the water and it pops in and out for quick cleaning there’s two buttons on the side to turn the unit on and to turn the hot water on and off you have to wait a few minutes for the hot water to warm and get hot you can make hot tea quickly it’s easy to place the 5 gallon or 3 gallon water container on top it looks sleak in our kitchen in our new home.

I purchased this as a replacement for my old brand. I thought that the Avalon would be more expensive given how sleek and stylish it looks but it wasn’t. It runs much quieter than the old one did and we can really tell the difference in the filtering of the water! Absolutely refreshing! The storage space for a refill 5 gallon jug was an unexpected surprise!

Works very well. Hot water comes out nice and hot good for coffee and ramen.

Cools water well. Bigger footprint than cheaper machines. Black stainless finish is good. The compressor is louder than our cheaper model.

Initial hic up on first delivery, spiket broken. After receiving the second one, it all went well. I am happy with purchase.

I purchased this water cooler based on reviews, and name. It was super quick and easy to set up. Heats water well, and the chilled water has been a life saver so far this summer.

I find this water cooler to be far superior to the one I owned for 10 years. I find the water to be acceptable cold. Water flows quickly from the 4 gallon bottle. I like that size which is available from grocery store (no deposit and just place empty into blue recycling barrel). I never use or want a hot water option so I'm glad there is a switch to turn off the hot water heater.

love this water dispenser - can have hot chocolate anytime. Perfect temperature. Very happy with this - would definitely recommend.

I purchased rhese item and have not been able to get the cooler to.cool the water or warm water..for the fist mth it worked after that nothing..i jist wanted to replace it..it was a gift for our marriage so we didn't even open the box for 4 mtha..can the manufacturer pls replace the water cooler
