It’s very good easy to use nice cold water good hot water water and excellent room temperature water

This water cooled was just what we needed. It has settings for hot, cool and cold. You can slide the hot button and it has a power button to show you that the unit is on there’s a tray underneath where you place your cup to get the water and it pops in and out for quick cleaning there’s two buttons on the side to turn the unit on and to turn the hot water on and off you have to wait a few minutes for the hot water to warm and get hot you can make hot tea quickly it’s easy to place the 5 gallon or 3 gallon water container on top it looks sleak in our kitchen in our new home.

I purchased this as a replacement for my old brand. I thought that the Avalon would be more expensive given how sleek and stylish it looks but it wasn’t. It runs much quieter than the old one did and we can really tell the difference in the filtering of the water! Absolutely refreshing! The storage space for a refill 5 gallon jug was an unexpected surprise!

This product is very good, I don't need to boil water anymore for my coffee. This product contains hot water, cool water and cold water depending on your choice. This product what it's price.

Cools water well. Bigger footprint than cheaper machines. Black stainless finish is good. The compressor is louder than our cheaper model.

Aesthetically it looks really nice with the black and stainless steel. Only draw back, this dispenser is loud when heating/cooling up the water

Water cooler works great both hot and cold water cold water are at a good temperature work definitely worth buying great valve also has storage for a second 5 gallon tank

love this water dispenser - can have hot chocolate anytime. Perfect temperature. Very happy with this - would definitely recommend.

I find this water cooler to be far superior to the one I owned for 10 years. I find the water to be acceptable cold. Water flows quickly from the 4 gallon bottle. I like that size which is available from grocery store (no deposit and just place empty into blue recycling barrel). I never use or want a hot water option so I'm glad there is a switch to turn off the hot water heater.

Good looking design and functionalities, although it could be a bit more sensitive on the buttons and more space underneath nozzles.

I just got this water dispenser a few weeks ago and so far its been working great. I like that it has the buttons on top.

Great for regulating the different water temps cold is refreshing and hot is pipping hot so be careful !

What was I waiting for? I purchased this after years of renting one through my water supplier. It fits beautifully , it looks great and works perfectly.
