Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice looking unit, but it has few surprising and disappointing drawbacks that my old cooler didn't have. 1) It is about 7" taller than my previous cooler making it impossible for me to lift and load even a 3 gallon jug since I'm too short (5'3"). Another loading problem is the cooler's built in "vertical prong/peg" - designed primarily for loading "puncture top" bottles, loaded straight down - rather than for screw top bottles, which must be tilted to the side to load, and tends to splash out some water. Also, the hot water feature is not as hot as my previous cooler's, nor is the cold water as cold as my old one. I will live with the unit for awhile, but plan to replace it with one more user friendly for me in the near future.
