Sent the wrong cooler twice

But they were very nice at helping me return the items. I wanted the black stainless steel model and they sent me black. They need to change the color and model online, they show the black stainless steel and say its black stainless steel but it's not! Super disappointed.

Looks like new but the package is one way to trick consumers that it’s “new” as newly package. Shame on you guys not a “best buy” . Let this be a karma to your company.

No one looks at the item number when shipping EVEN though they have VERY differentitem numbers. Very disappointing!!

While it worked, it performed really well, delivering consistently cold and hot water. However, I'm docking stars because after 2.5 years, I've started having recurring issues with the cooling system freezing the water. We can no longer leave the cold setting on at all... the freezing issue causes water to be expelled from the bottom causing a terrible mess. I expected a lot more longevity at this price point. If not for the freezing problem, it would be a perfect cooler.
