Arrived dented on the front and there’s a constant loud humming noise when the cold water is on.

Did the self cleaning a few times, water still tasted like plastic

No stars best buy cant even ship my order to the right house 3 orders and then messed every one up

I truly like the sleek design of this cooler—it looks great in my space. While it worked, it performed really well, delivering consistently cold and hot water. However, I'm docking stars because after 2.5 years, I've started having recurring issues with the cooling system freezing the water. We can no longer leave the cold setting on at all... the freezing issue causes water to be expelled from the bottom causing a terrible mess. I expected a lot more longevity at this price point. If not for the freezing problem, it would be a perfect cooler.

Looks good and works good for like a few months then just shut down and i have done research and there is alot pf buyers having trouble save ure money get a diffrent brand it freezes and wont dispense water pretty expensive for it only to work afew months

It stopped working at the two-year mark. When we first noticed it was going bad. The water was dispensing with a foul smell (even after using the self-clean), and we called the customer service number but couldn't reach anyone! We emailed them several times and received no response.

Purchased May 2022 lested 6 months and then the self-cleaning feature failed. Company did replace with the new item which lasted two years. That's when the cold water stopped dispensing. Called the company they no longer take phone calls from customers. All correspondence has to be done via email very frustrating getting customer support with instructions on how to troubleshoot via email Instructed through email how to virtually take the unit apart turns out pump is an outworking and the cold water tank is freezing customer service rep informed me it's past the warranty and only offered a ten percent discount on a new unit. So overall, very disappointed with the quality of the product as well as the customer service offered I. Suggest you look for a different manufacturer. I know I will not be buying from avalon again

Be careful of buying this water dispenser - they will get you when you want to change the filters - it’s $120 for filters every four months

Had this cooler for 18 months and all of a sudden the button ls to dispense the water stop workimng....Not very good...
