Disappointing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased May 2022 lested 6 months and then the self-cleaning feature failed. Company did replace with the new item which lasted two years. That's when the cold water stopped dispensing. Called the company they no longer take phone calls from customers. All correspondence has to be done via email very frustrating getting customer support with instructions on how to troubleshoot via email Instructed through email how to virtually take the unit apart turns out pump is an outworking and the cold water tank is freezing customer service rep informed me it's past the warranty and only offered a ten percent discount on a new unit. So overall, very disappointed with the quality of the product as well as the customer service offered I. Suggest you look for a different manufacturer. I know I will not be buying from avalon again

Overpriced filters
