I like that it has two switches in the back to turn hot and cold water on and off. During winters i dont need the cold water feature so i can save money in electricty. I also dont drink coffee so i dont need hot water always on but if i ever have visit over that does i can simply turn it on.

I've had this for about 5 months now. My family goes through 5-6 five gallon jogs per week. So far this has worked well. The cold is cold, the hot is hot. Ozone cleaning seems to work. No funky tastes have materialized. I'd buy it again at this point. Looks nice.

Very disappointed with the Avalon A3 Bottom-Loading Cooler. I purchased it in 2023 and it never really worked right since I owned it. The Room Temp button at times wouldn't work. I contacted Customer Service and they had me pull the top off and do some "fixing" and then it worked for a while. The Empty Bottle notice would sometimes work, sometimes not. Here we are two years and a couple of months later and no water is dispensing at all. I did my due diligence and cleaned it as suggested in the manual. I'm done. I'm now looking for another cooler and another brand.

All functions work great and proforma well. But one thing I would like to point out is the build quality on the bottom door. Mine was delivered damaged by ups. The door has a thin metal covering and can be easily dented. That metal covering was knocked off during transport. Also the packaging needs more foam or bubble wrap protection. Other then that I love the dispenser!

Love it. Makes life so much easier! We used to manually fill one water jug with other water jugs and that was a pain. The bottom loading feature is so much more easier! The hot and cold features work great!

Th water is super hot and super cold. No need to wait or press a button to heat the water! Waking up for your morning coffee is hassle free the water will be ready on the go!

Very satisfied with this purchase. Water had be great from this. Cold water for my travel bottle, hot for tea, and even utilizing the Neutral/Cool water for the pets water bowl. The amount of money that is being saved on not buying bottled water will have itself paid off in no time!

This is a decent dispenser. It has a flat top and comes in a rectangle shape. It's compact and fits perfectly in our home. My issue with the dispense is the door. It is flimsy and will randomly pop open if you don't slam it shut. Also the cool is actually cold water and the cold is room temperature water.

It works great! Had it for a year now and it’s still doing what it should be doing, Ice cold water and hot water!

I love this water dispenser. Very easy to load the water from the bottom, I can run the hot and cold at the same time when I need to. Nice size for a small kitchen or dining room

Simple, I love it, great water pressure, looks so neat and modern at the same time. Does not take a lot of space and at the same time hides the bottle inside. Very happy with my purchase.
