Does what it's supposed to do. No stuck buttons and the loud noise other were talking about isn't that bad. It's literally the sound of sucking water from jug. It's not something that obnoxiously loud.

Nice, but annoying flaw

But doesn't completely drain all of the water from our water jug. I have to pour the remaining water into a cup once the dispenser thinks the jug is empty.
