They will send you the wrong color model. I was able to return it without issues (reason for the 2 stars); however they could not guarantee the same thing wouldnt happen again if i tried to reorder. This was not an in-store item so returns can be a hassle; especially an item of that size. I didnt want to take a chance and go thru this again so decided not to try and re-purchase. Its a shame too cause BB was the only retailer offering the Black stainless steel color.

Best Buy also delivered on time. Good for daily use and forget about buying water bottles , I saved my last minutes tour to store.

It heate and cools the water very quickly. Nice stainless tube for the pump. The pump is strong fills a 20oz glass in about 4 seconds.
