This water cooler is exactly what we were looking for. Many of the options out there are not very aestheticically pleasing but this one fits right in with our appliances. Build quality seems very durable and the machine operates very well. It is a tad pricey but overall we are pleased

this water cooler is excellent! upon first use the water had a strange taste but im sure its from being brand new. after allowing the water to run through there was no strange taste. overall all this a fantastic buy

I absolutely love this water dispenser. I saw the exact one in a doctor's office and ordered one online the same day. I love that I found it even on sale. The bottom loading function is super handy and much easier and less messy than turning a five-gallon jug on top. The cold water function is super cold and the hot water is super hot and wonderfully handy when you need to cook with steaming hot water right away - no waiting for something to boil or get hot on the stovetop.

Looks great and all different water taps work well. My only complaint is sometimes the compressor becomes noisy.

Do not recommend this machine. The buttons to dispense water have constant issues. The water dispenses extremely slow. The cold water button completely stopped working very early on leaving only the cool (room temp) button and the hot as options. But then all the buttons completely stopped working. I reached out to the company for assistance as they have a sticker with their phone number on the side, but the phone number does not go through and directs us online. But the website was also not helpful and only option was to email them. They did respond to the email which is the only good thing they did. They informed me this was a known issue and the issue is that the temperature gauge doesnt regulate properly and if i unplugged the machine for 72 hours it would fix it. I did as instructed and the machine worked for one week before it stopped once again, and now completely does not work. Customer service said the only option left is to replace it completely and offered me 15% off regular price. I have had this machine for LESS THAN 2 YEARS. My previous water dispenser lasted nearly a decade. Will not be purchasing from them again and do not recommend.

After a year of purchased this item stop working and it doesnt turn on anymore & started making alot of noise.

Great water cooler. Easy to setup and load water bottles. Love the bottom load feature and that it has different temperature options

I’ve had it for more than a year and it’s still working as new, the bottom load makes it pretty convenient, water gets cold pretty quick and you get hot water too

I love the bottom refill feature as I can't lift to much weight and it is very simple to change the bottles. Also matches my appliances in the kitchen.

Avoid at all costs. Bought this model two years ago and started experiencing leaking issues after a year and a half. Avalon is clearly aware of this issue as they diagnosed and provided a temp fix very quickly. Unfortunately the cold tank lid wont stay sealed no matter what I do, making the unit unusable. The customer service department acknowledges this defect, however won't do anything to remedy it since the 1-year warranty expired. I really wanted to like this cooler but knowingly selling a defective product doesn't sit right with me. Do you homework and buy Primo instead

Great Product for summer. No need of putting water bottles in fridge.

One of my favorite purchases in a while , me , my wife and daughter all drink alot of water and tea ... this just makes everything effortless.

This water cooler is great. Water where I live is not safe to drink, so having this water cooler makes it easier because I don't have to buy cases of water.

Got tired of paying for water delivery.Got this on sale from best buy. Now i can get alkaline water at a much lower rate.
