This water dispenser it’s great!! The cold water is very cold, the room temperature is perfect and the hot water is really hot. And the idea that I don’t need to lifted up more bottle is superb!! The machine is very quiet not noise at all. So far so good I’m super happy with this water dispenser.

This is a great water cooler. It does what it says it does, hot is hot and cold is cold. and the best part is that is bottom loading. its so easy.

Honestly one of the best purchases I’ve made in awhile. I kept going back and forth on the need for something like this but am very happy with the product that I ended up receiving and the timeliness in which I received the product. Definitely more lightweight than I thought it was going to be but that is certainly a plus. Very easy to load water.

So far, it's been working great. Love that I can have cold and hot water available whenever I need it. Only drawback is that I need go to refill the water jugs every few days but that's no issue if you get the filtered one.

We have had this for a month and are happy with our purchase. Love the hot water feature! We just turn it off when the grandkids visit. It does have a safety switch, but I feel better disabling it completely.

We absolutely love this water dispenser. First of all, for the obvious, it's a bottom loader. My wife and I are already in our 70's frankly I'm tired of lifting up that 40 pound bottle of water onto our top loader. Secondly, the hot water feature makes it so convenient for us. This was definitely a good purchase.

This water dispenser has been a total game changer for me !Super convenient with hot and cold settings that work amazing. Plus,it's been really reliable,no leaks or issues since I got it . Definitely would recommend

Honestly the best water dispenser I’ve seen and tried. It’s a bottom water bottle so it’s easy to put inside rather than lifting it up and putting it on top which can case spills. And fits both 3 gallons and 5 gallons

Great buy! I love the ease of the unpacking, set up and have no issues at all. Three temperature settings is a plus, changing the bottle is easy and the light is handy for nights.

I love this water dispenser, its small and doesn’t look like it can even fit a 5 gallon water jug. Has a very modern look and i also like the room temperature option.

3 star only because it came damaged with a nice dent. Water machine is a solid 4 star. Cold water, hot water. Easy and fast.

Ive had this water cooler for a few months now and its fantastic. I've had 0 problems with it and the instruction manual is super simple. I love how clean tasting and cold my water is. My ice machine broke down for about a week and it honestly didn't affect me because the water itself comes out so cold. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to buy a water cooler.

This water machine makes so much noise. It does well with cooling and dispensing the water. It is easy to change out the water bottle.
