Convenient, quiet, and easy to use- perfect for home!

Aswome water dispenser was very easy to install and much better than having to carry the heavy jug on top like the old ones.

Very crisp cold water and perfect hot water for cup noodles and tea. It pours a little slow but honestly worth it. If you are in a rush don’t expect speedy Gonzales. Very easy set up

I'm giving this water dispenser a 4/5 because it does everything it's supposed to do, for the most part. We had a very good water dispenser with the water delivery service we used to have, this is not quite as good as that dispenser. The water is cold, but not super cold which is disappointing. The hot water is hot. The dispenser buttons are not as sturdy as we'd like them to be. It's fairly quiet which is a plus. Size is what you expect, and easy to set-up. For the price it does the job.

It’s quiet and not loud, I like not having to pick up the water jugs and they just slide into the bottom. Cleaning the machine is also very easy

Had this unit for going on two years. Has worked flawlessly for what it is. Compressor started to run continuously. Email support was little to no help with issue. If you're proficient with electronics and can diagnose yourself, call support instead of email and you'll have access to parts to repair yourself as finding parts online for this unit isn't an option. Hope this helps someone.

Coolest water dispenser EVER! Everyone that’s visited my apartment compliments how fancy and cool this water dispenser is. It’s very quiet. Cools down water so good you don’t need ice cubes and the hot water comes out super hot. This is the perfect water dispenser

We were renting a water dispenser from a water company and it wasnt the best. We were paying for a lot by renting it so we decided to buy our own. Easy to use, the night light is good touch. Highly recommend cause it is good quality for the price

So far I have had zero issues . It's as advertised, I love it. I definitely reccomend it, the cold water is cold and the hot water is perfect for tea and hot chocolate.

I like to have the stuff for awhile before I put a review. Money well spent! Works great in cold and hot temperatures. Easy to clean and haven’t had a problem with it.
