    This works great! I love that is self cleaning which is a plus. And it is priced well. I love that it is a bottom loader as I am getting older and have a problem lifting the jugs.

    The only complaint I can think of is that it doesn't have a self cleaning feature. It keeps the water nice and cold or piping hot depending on your needs. Easy to dispense and fill.

    Design is nice, lighting where water is dispensed is helpful, cold and hot water function. Loud motor, shaking when dispensing... VERY slow to dispense water too. I would NOT buy this brand again...in fact, looking to replace this one now.

    Really liking this water cooler! It took forever and a day to arrive, that's for certain. Pretty sure they had to ship it off planet for a week. That's the only reason I can think of for it to take so long to get here.. BUT it works, and it works fine! Keeps my water cold, and my hot water...hot. No regrets with this purchase!
