Works great, the best water cooler I've ever had. The water is nice and cold, and the hot tide is nice and hot.

I give it a honest 5 stars. But I would put 4 just because this company can do so much better. This is a Great review . Keep up the hard work and amazing quality Avalon.lets come up with something that’s a bit new or some sort of storage for water bottles aside.

Love it! I did my research and am glad to report that we are very happy with the Avalon. Definitely makes a difference. Should have bought one years ago.

Plasticy taste that doesn’t seem to go away, took forever to arive(about 3 months), and the piano black trim is difficult to keep clean, but it works

Item seems to work but took a month to arrive after ordered even tho said shipped two days after ordering.

The water cooler saved us during the summer months. Now that Fall arrived time for cup of hot tea flavored. Best purchase for cold water in the summer.

Water is super hot and super cold. Perfect for what I use it for. I love that it’s bottom loading and easy to use.

Cold is cold and hot is hot. Easy setup, plastic tastes goes away after a couple hours, just need to use a couple times.

I love this unit. I had to replace an older rental from my water company and this has been great! The unit is shorter than I realized, however I was able to put it into a shelf step and it’s perfect. It can be a little loud at times but I find that easy to ignore. The water is hot (sometimes a little too hot but that’s not necessarily a bad thing) and the cold water is a nice cold as well. All and all I totally would recommend this unit!

Its a decent cooler. Read all the previous reviews and my question for those who complained it didnt make hot/cold water.. you did remember to turn the switch on the back of the unit on as stated in the instructions, yes? It works as expected. Hot water hot, cold water cold. Five gallon bottles are easy to load and change.

Its working as intended. I wish that the cold water would actually get cold. I believe the temp is set to 44° which is cool, but not cold, and as far as I know the temp can't be changed, so I'll just have to deal with it.
