Has worked flawlessly for what it is. Compressor started to run continuously. Email support was little to no help with issue. If you're proficient with electronics and can diagnose yourself, call support instead of email and you'll have access to parts to repair yourself as finding parts online for this unit isn't an option. Hope this helps someone.

Cool but not cold

I wish that the cold water would actually get cold. I believe the temp is set to 44° which is cool, but not cold, and as far as I know the temp can't be changed, so I'll just have to deal with it.

Cool Water

Put a new gallon in it and let it ge and cool, water dispenses and tasts great, its deffinan upfrade from my previous primo unit. The tube that goes in the water tank looks to be stainless and not poly pipe which is really cool.

Ease to change water gallons which is the best part! Don’t have to wait for husband to do the change I do it all the time. Another thing I would like to mention is that I love how it has the button for the hot water , making it hard for my 4 year old to play with and accidentally spill it. Highly recommend it . Worth the price for sure

It keeps the water nice and cold or piping hot depending on your needs. Easy to dispense and fill.
