    The water dispenser is good , I am giving 4 stars because I ordered for a white color of this product and a black was delivered to me, all attempts to contact customer service was futile.

    Design is nice, lighting where water is dispensed is helpful, cold and hot water function. Loud motor, shaking when dispensing... VERY slow to dispense water too. I would NOT buy this brand again...in fact, looking to replace this one now.

    Maybe this would’ve been a good product if Best Buy would’ve sent me the right one the right color they kept sending me a black one like three times I had to keep sending it back so I gave up

    Really liking this water cooler! It took forever and a day to arrive, that's for certain. Pretty sure they had to ship it off planet for a week. That's the only reason I can think of for it to take so long to get here.. BUT it works, and it works fine! Keeps my water cold, and my hot water...hot. No regrets with this purchase!
