Phenomenal water machine. Uses tap water to fill the water tank cold cool and hot water are great the filters work excellent. Filter replacements are rough 100 dollars for the pair but if you put away 10 a week for the first 6 months you buy a years worth of filtered water for less then buying replacement jugs throughout the year definitely saving a lot of money.

It arrived late and damaged. Let's hope it works well.

So I bought this cooler to get away from using so many plastic water bottles. And i like that it has its own filters so i can use my tap water. Although my tap water is clean, its very hard and i just dont like the taste, so these filters make it taste like bottled water which i love. They do cost $99 to replace every 6 months. But really the cost of refilling the 5 gallon jugs at one of those water stations ends up costing us more than $200 a year so this is worth it for me. The water is really cold at 47 degrees and the water hot at 185. The water pump is audible but i dont think its that loud, it also only runs for 4-5 seconds every 2 glasses of water i get so no big deal. It will take 12 mins to fill up the cold water tank the first time you plug it in though. Took an hour to cool the water and now the compresser probably cycles once or twice an hour for a few mins. All in all i would buy again in the future.

Great water filter, especially at a time when basic water in your house is terrible for you. I know the filters say 6 months or 1500 gallons. I ran with it for a year and it was still as fresh as ever. I couldn't get through 1500 gallons if I tried. It is small, convenient and the jug is not an eye sore since it goes below. Also, water is stupid hot. I like it.

It's been working great so far. The water tastes better than I thought. The only complaint I have is that the space for the the bottle is smaller than usual. It only can fit the bottle that comes with the machine. I can't use my existing one.

Flimsy plastic door latch doesn't stay shut when filters are installed. East to set up and great concept for a water dispenser. I would not want this if I had a nicer kitchen, because the door has to be taped shut.

My best purchase till date. This is very helful. Its filter and cooling technology saves us lot of money

It's really easy to load. There's only one downside. When I switch on the cold water, the room temperature water gets cold too.

The taste of water is so good my all family like the water. This dispenser also save with small kids because the all button Hot, cold, room temperature buttons are on the top small kids can’t reach out

Works great! So easy to set up, literally take out of the box put it where you want it, fill the bottle up and you are good to go!

This is one of the best investments I have ever made buying this water dispenser. It is by far very convenient in accessing water of both temperature.with a touch of a button.

For the price and the filters it's an awesome water dispenser love the fact that the filters come with it so if I don't get a chance to take my water bottles to get filled I have a backup filters highly recommend it

Works as it should water selection is great cool, cold and very hot. Hot enough for tea and cup noodles

exactly after warrenty pump went out before its pump went out of order, pump splashed water all iver the floor. Now I am headimg to get customer service.

It makes too much noise when you take water out of the dispenser

Best water cooler. Use your own water because it has a filter to save you money.
