This software would not install on my Windows 10 computer. Additionally, I was surprised to discover that the manual is written for versions of Window up to 8, which tends to indicate that it is an outdated program. Since BestBuy has the worst software policy around, they are not likely to do anything about this defective installation disk. For all of these reasons-- DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Did help correct some registry problems. Has a lot of additional features built in to the software. Information booklet helpful

The program did not find all malaware on computer. It continually wanted to uninstall & reinstall. Sent back for a refund & still waiting. The associate assured me that I would not have to renew for a fee the next year. Sorry, wrong answer, you have to pay each year. Very disappointed with program & Best Buy

the product has delivered as promised. Using the automatic clean up feature has made my clearing of the register require only a minimum of effort on my part thereby avoiding errors that can result due to my novice rating. It did take a little time( as promised) but the improvement has been just great. Now I plan to clean up my wife's laptop and hope to get the same results.

Was assured by employee that this would work on our computer. My IT guy could not get it to load. Program kept saying we must be connected to the internet We WERE connected!! Store would not take back because we had opened the box. Duh, hard to install if left in the box. In addition to the cost of item I am out $75 charge for 90 minutes of IT time. I gave this one star because you can't leave none.

Works well but at a cost, the annual membership is very high and it's not very easy to add to additional devices without a disc drive.

The interface was a little complicated at first but it did the job I when is it to do .

This product has caused more problems than it has fixed. It does not work well with Microsoft Defender. I bought it because I was having problems downloading a MS Service Pack. This program pratically wiped out my computer. I have had to make several calls to their Help Desk in the Philippines and I am still having muliple issues. They are already on their next version so this is outdated. I've given up and now have to pay someone to fix my computer.

Took forever to do a data restore, I'd look else where for that support... Works well to optimize performance..

This program really does a great job but takes a long time

I installed and used this software to try to unplug my sons laptop. After following all directions and running it the result was that it was actually slower than when I started. When I eventually had a third party clean up the laptop he told me that a goodly amount of the junk on there had been added by this very program. Ugh.

I installed it and it made things worse. Didn't increase speed and now shuts down the computer, which never happen prior.

I read it before purchasing came home used it and it crashed my computer.i took it back amd had to get same thing .

As stated above, I really havent had the time to evaluate the product, yet.

I would not recommend this product to anyone. It deleted windows on one of our laptops.

Stops errors but does not fix changes made to setting or register

This product can repair registry problems & optimize some aspects of your computer, but its background activities use a lot of RAM & it will not shut off when you use the program option to turn it off. You have to disable the process. Never call tech support. They only want to sell you a contract & if you refuse you may end up whit problems you have to get a tech of your own to repair.

Good program for tune ups. Has 5 licenses. Would recommend.
