does not work that well In the old days I could get it to do just about anything now it does next to nothing if I can get it to load. Maybe it is me. I am alot older too

Excellent product and did the job it was supposed to with no further problems. Glad I chose it to fix and clean up my laptop.

Still learning the software, Im sure the program will help my computers work efficiently.

If I needed a utilities program in the future is probably look into a different product

It would not load on either one of my computers, it is worthless and Best Buy would not refund my money.

This might be a good product if I could get it to work. Just not user friendly for someone that doesn't have all the skills needed to be a computer expert. But if I was a computer expert, I wouldn't need this product, would I!

Does exactly as it says it does and is easy to operate and understand.

it says compatible with windows 10 but It wont load when I installed it ,piece of junk software

It helped a lot. But was not perfect. Fixed a lot of things but not all. I would recommend it.

Had very little impact on speeding up my computer. It still runs very slow.

I purchased this software because of some errors that were not recognizing My PDF print driver. This software did nothing to fix the problem. It caused more problems and solved none.

Cleans up a PC and laptop. Not sure out to restart the software pass the installation.

It would work a lot better, if it work with the whole installment of system mechanical.

OKAY BUT NOT REALLY TOO MUCH HELP! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

It was a rough install to say the least. When installed it would not let me uninstall or use the recovery mode of Windows. In order to get the program to uninstall I had to call tech support. Since, I have decided not to use the product/program. The tech support is incredible though. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to help resolve any issues. Perhaps it is just my system that may be incompatible with that particular program.

was having issues with my windows 7 computer having blue screen issues, since this program worked great when I had an xp system, I got it again. After using the registry fixer, the blue screens got more frequent, but after using system restore to undo the fixes, no more blues screens at all! weird. I do like the start up commander and a few other features, but for the most part I really don't use it.

Unbelievably the worse software I've ever purchased. Had to contact customer service & even that was a nightmare (the soft ware company, not Geek Squad). Still won't work for the cell phone. Have had issues with my office computer since using this program. Since I work 12 -14 hrs a day, it is inconvenient to go back to Best Buy to complain. Recommend do NOT buy this software!

Works great on my pre-Windows 10 system(s)... but it won't work on Windows 10. The work around that the company gave me still don't work. I'm okay because I mostly wanted it for my Windows 8.1 laptop, which it works great on, but if you need this on your Win10, be careful.

I initially installed this on my desktop and laptop. A day or two later I was prompted on my desktop to install the updates. When this was complete, slowly all of my shortcuts and application links disappeared. A day later the same thing happened to my laptop. I contacted the company and said to start the computers in 'Safe' mode and remove Fix-it. For some reason it wasn't compatilble with my Nortons Virus software. Would not recommend!!!
