I have 4 PC's and program only loaded on 1. Lousy tech support. Don't waste your money on this.

The product has crashed with no explanation several times. Would not recommend this product, find something else and pay a little more. This product did work, but it worked poorly and at minimum supposed abilities. Constantly crashes and quits working for no apparent reason. Can not do what the product claims. Please do yourself a favor and spend a little more on something better.

Have had no problems or issues since the software was installed.

I bought this product to use on 2 PC a laptop with Windows 10 and a desktop with Windows 7. Packaging says that it will work on both but when I installed it on the laptop a message popped up "will not work with this operating system" with the desktop it gave the message "can not connect to the internet" but google and bing could just fine. I have to return it at my expense and I am out the taxes too.

I've tried various products to maintain my laptops, but this product seems to be the easiest to use and most thorough at cleaning out stray files. It was good value for the price.

This Brought my computer back to life by cleaning the junk. I have to say that microsoft is leaving errors on everyone's computer because it does not clean up after every update

Don't work with windows 10. Wouldn't recommend to a friend.

Most of the utilities must be upgraded for as fee with an online purchase and download.

OUTDATED. Will not install on my computer. NO GOOD

There's flaw in the software that will not allow it to work on my computer. Every few weeks I have to contact the manufacture they then send me a new serial number, which allows me to remove the old version and re-install another version. After a few weeks the program stops working.

Was unable to install and went back to best buy to solve the problem. Best buy computer tech wanted to charge for helping me to install on my laptop, i still have computers desk top at home also. So i ask about returning the program and the answer was no. So i will put the program in the garbage. Do not buy or pay 50 dollars to install the program.

This is a bargain of a software program but unfortunately it is limited to Windows 8 and below versions. If you're running a legacy version of Windows, I highly recommend this program!

I bought this because it promised to find and recover deleted files. It does not recover deleted files. For that reason I rate this program as poor. Some of the other routines may work as advertised; I did not try them. I would not recommend this to someone who needs to recover deleted files.

good program for speeding up computer and getting rid of unwanted registry items that were not doing anything...nice.

My rating of 4 of 5 is because I have yet to use the product, It didn't seem fair to rate it lower since I have used this product before and was happy with it.

States that it will start the computer on boot but it doesn't

I bought this product and then decided I did not need it. The box said to return item directly to the manufacturer for a refund. I returned the product 5months ago and haven't gotten any response.
