Very nice and fast bike very sturdy…………………………………..

1st bike I receive was defective, computer issue, where bike would turn off after riding 10 miles and rear wheel would make a screeching noise while riding. Returned the bike and got a replacement to give it a second chance and the bike works well 100% Just be advised the rear rotor may arrive faulty due to either assembly or shipping. 2nd bike had same issue where the rotor would rub causing a screeching noise. Had to take to a bike shop to adjust the rotor properly because it arrived bent only costing $15. Overall it is a great bike if flawless. Powerful motor and great ride. Would have given 5 stars if not for the faulty issues with previous bike. Thanks Best Buy for replacing.

Originally purchased for my 10 year old and now we take turns! Lol I love riding this bike so much so that im getting (2) more after giving it a my one year trial!

Bike shipped quickly and was easy to assemble. Bike is fast, handles well and is very fun to ride.

The Aventon Sinch bike is AWESOME when it worked. Out of the box was easy to snap together and do minor assembly required to make rideable. Trouble started immediately as the derailer arm was bent and the chain was contacting the tire. Must be a common problem as the kit had another arm with it. Battery charged quickly and the first time I was able to get it to lock in. I only rode the bike 4 miles as I was nervous about chain contacting the tire . The second time a tried to ride the display never turned on. I recharged the battery but on my attempt to replace battery the post to lock it in did not secure the battery. No contact was made with prongs from the posterior second half of the bike. NO display/ no electronics/ no engine. At this point I contacted support. They were very punctual and offered some solutions. Seemed a little much for me so they offered to assist/ pay for some labor cost at local bike shop. The closest Aventon certified shop is 100 miles away so I took it to a very reputable shop locally. Haven't received the bike back yet so can't comment on cost or success of repairs. All in all I'm really excited about my bike and expect it to be great once I get it "running" Looks Awesome and rode great on my short trip.
