Fast ride and built well

I’m a commuting cyclist turned ebike fan and I could not be happier about how easy this bike is to work on. I did a lot of research on different brands and found this to be the best option. The bike was packed well and assembled easy. I am pleased with the quality of the bike and the experience of riding a class 3. This is going to change my bike commute and I’ve been having a blast riding it daily!

Thank You Again

It is the second one we own, the plan is to finally go on rides together. My other review covers the story of my wife and her back surgeries. The electric bike is perfect to assist her when she needs it and allows us both to have some activity together. When I get lazy I just let the bike take over. :D We also have an autistic son who "learned" how to ride on the first bike we got. He is 17 and had never rode a bike before, he would get too upset when he was young and could not just do it. On the first bike, he just hopped on pushed off and started peddling like he had rode all his life. In reality anything but a stationary bike or one with training wheels (when he was young) are the extent of what he had rode before "just doing it" I know a lot of people claim products changed their lives, but this bike really changed our lives for the better. Thank you Aventon.

No available parts or support. Geared improperly.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The only parts they have available available are bike racks and fenders. Support does not respond. Bike is geared way too low.. Can only peddle with a 6th at about 16 miles an hour in top gear. After that you just spinning the petals for no reason. I'm having to go somewhere else for a chain ring to change the gearing. Overall however the bike seems to be of good quality and electric support works well.

Casual Riders Beware
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bike is ok for commuting as stated by another user, but I don't recommend it for casual riders. The pedal assist speeds in levels 1 and 2 are too fast for casual riding. It's difficult to select a gear that offers "some" resistance and "some" assistance in assist levels 1 and 2, it's either all resistance or all assistance.
