Easy to use for streaming 1080P video from any HDMI source. I use it for my Playstation and Xbox and it is great for Twitch.

I purchased this as an easy to use capture device to start streaming with. It's been fairly easy to work with and imports into OBS Studios nicely. When I first set up I had some issues but soon figured out that the USB cable I was using to connect it to my computer was too slow. The cable provided in the box works but isn't super long. I had to rearrange a few things but it worked! This isn't the highest quality, nicest capture card on the market but it's not too bad in price and works well.

It’s easy to use and very out of the way. Definitely think it’s worth its price and it is very helpful for streaming

Been using this device to stream to Mixer from an XBox One X. Works great! Super easy to setup in StreamLabs OBS.

This is a great device for mobile recording. I wouldn’t use it for home recording at all. But at a convention this thing is a beast

It works fairly well aside from some random audio hiccups. It's great for capturing footage on an SD card, too.

Worked great for what I needed. Multi streaming on different platforms and recording on consoles.

Worked great out of the box for my use in 1st test. (Portable backup recording of HDMI output from Canon HF G30 to microSD without firmware update, formatted card exFat to get single MOV file (& avoid FAT32 25min/4gig limit per file), then renamed file to MP4 for editing.) I use USB power brick. No documentation with unit- I did however look up other reviews prior to ordering, to decode the meaning of flashing light colors on unit, and to order compatible memory cards which other reviews say can be finicky.

So far, I've used it to stream/record my Nintendo Switch and ipad. The manual doesn't explain much besides showing the diagram of the ports. You'll have to download the drivers/software on their website. But you can probably use it right out of the box and run it through OBS or something. So far, there hasn't been any issues with the AVermedia itself. Most of the bumps I've had to deal with have been solved by adjusting the settings in OBS.

Great game capture device that will need a huge se card if you game a lot. It is nice for fast setup
