I’ve been using a really old webcam for a long time how, so when the opportunity to test this item came up I knew I needed to get one. Quality webcams are still a bit scarce in stores due to the pandemic and I am happy to say that although this was not a brand i recognized, the product works extremely well. Image quality is such a vast improvement that my coworkers commented all day that I looked like I was live. The unit is well designed, has a built in rotating privacy cover, and integrates seamlessly with Teams. Absolutely recommend!

This camera feels a little heavy and very well made. The included stand can be clipped on a monitor or screwed on a tripod. The included privacy cover is attached and sturdy as well. No drivers or software is required and I was ready to make video calls as soon as I set my video and audio preferences on my computer. The video quality is excellent and the onboard mic easily picks up from anywhere in my living room. The viewing angle is very wide and the angle can be adjusted easily up and down and side to side.

The AVerMedia Live Streamer camera is well built. It has a solid feel to it, and has rubber grips in all the right places to both protect the monitor it rests on and provide some anti-slip protection. Most importantly the video performance is respectable. There is just a very tiny bit of latency. The video motion is smooth for a webcam. The viewing angle is huge at 94 degrees and depth of field is well in focus.

Very powerful webcam! We use it for recording sermons and live streaming a religious broadcast. Has been a great addition to our equipment.

Could not figure out how to record. The pictures it takes are clear crisp vibrant.

Having a reliable webcam is a must-have nowadays and the AVerMedia Live Streamer 4K CAM PW513 Webcam certainly fulfills this role. It is very easy to setup – simply plug it in, no special drivers required. For most users, that is all you really have to do but for those who like to have a little more control, you can download the CamEngine Application software and adjust various settings to get a better picture for your environment. The camera comes with an attached privacy shutter which is a nice addition. Overall, the AVerMedia Live Streamer 4K CAM PW513 Webcam is a reliable, functioning webcam and I highly recommend it!

Studio-quality cam that shines best with a studio-quality setup. Not the cam for you if you don't have solid lighting, but if you do, it's the best in the market!

Awesome all around web cam - ideal for streaming. I spoke to the tech support at Avermedia before buying and noted that the PW513 webcam launch late last year with a few driver issues that caused some poor reviews on this site and others. The issues are resolved as evidenced by the recent 4 and 5 star reviews. Hope this helps!
