    I purchased this software through BestBuy, since my ISP is providing antivirus. I went to store and asked them to cancel, they intern redirected to call Geeksquad, next day I called Geek squad they transferred to Digital..billing etc is spent 1 hour 45 min, they redirected to call AVG and AVG reverted back to BestBuy. I spoke to 9 people and had a bad experience with Best buy.

    I understand when a software title is free for nagging you for future purchases but this became tiresome. Glad I only spent $10.00 on it - already uninstalled from all computers after less than 30 days. Stay with the Microsoft Security already included with Windows 10.
